The nature of the updates made on 13 July 2023 is technical. Please find below the list of changes:
HUSRB VI-A 1st CfP Annex I - Declarations by the applicants
- 1.3 (General stipulations) – Roles of institutions changed regarding GDPR regulation.
- 3 (Declaration on VAT status) – Added that recoverable VAT is not eligible in case a project is concerned by state aid.
HUSRB VI-A 1st CfP Guidelines for applicants
- 11.3 (Approval of data management / Privacy policy) – Roles of institutions changed regarding GDPR regulation (same as in Annex I).
HUSRB VI-A 1st CfP Annex III - Eligibility of Expenditures
- 3.1 (Staff costs) – Following sentence is deleted as it is not a must to have external project management: „It means that the above flat rate percentages shall in every case cover both internal and external project management costs.”
- 3.1 (Staff costs) – Requirements on declaration to be submitted for Partner reports are changed, demanding that the Partner organisation must have at least one employee.

A monitoring bizottság 2024. április 30-i (14/2024) döntésével módosította a program elszámolási szabályzatát (Eligibility of Expenditures). A legfontosabb változás a magyarországi partnerekre vonatkozó beszerzési szabályokat érinti. E változással összhangban a magyarországi partnerek számára készült Elszámolási segédlet és mellékletei, köztük a 4. sz. melléklet - Beszerzési útmutató, is frissítésre került.
FRISSÍTÉS - 2024. augusztus 1-től az Elszámolási segédlet 2. kiadása a hatályos dokumentum.

Megvalósítási szemináriumok / workshopok
A 2021-2027-es program magyarországi ellenőrző szervek tájékoztató napját, online formában, 2024. május 30-án tartották. Természetesen, mivel ez a rendezvény a magyar kedvezményezetteknek/partner szervezeteknek szólt, akik az 1. Felhívásban nyertes projektjeik szerződéskötési szakaszába léptek, az előadások, valamint a kérdések és válaszok magyar nyelven is elérhetőek.
Ezt követően a szerb ellenőrző szervek, az Európai Integrációs Minisztérium és a KT Antenna szervezte meg a partneri szintű workshopot Újvidéken, 2024. 06. 27-én. A tájékoztatón elhangzott előadások, kérdéses és válaszok szintén elérhetők.

On 10 and 11 June 2024, Lead partners seminars were held in Subotica and Szeged. The presentations at both locations were the same, prepared in English (as listed and presented here), but the spoken language was adjusted to the Serbian and Hungarian audiences.
