Project Description:

The RURAL FOODTOUR project enhances cross-border cooperation in rural-ethno and eco-tourism by identifying and promoting local food producers with tourist potential in North Bačka and Csongrád-Csanád.

Key activities include a joint regional study, creation of a cross-border database, and training of 20 young volunteers in filmmaking. Together, they will produce 20 bilingual video spots and social media content, showcasing sustainable production methods and cultural heritage. The project also features mutual exhibitions, a printed catalogue, and a targeted media campaign to increase visibility.

By connecting local communities, youth, and tourists, the project fosters cultural exchange, encourages youth activism, and contributes to sustainable tourism development in the cross-border region.
