BARTOK (Borderless Artistic Realm Through Opportunities and Knowledge) project is a comprehensive initiative fostering cultural cooperation and exchange between Hungary and Serbia. The project aims to create a cross-border Artistic FabLab centred around traditional and digital art forms, with the shared cultural icon Bela Bartok (Barók Béla), as the unifying theme.
The project will implement an Artist Residency Program, enabling artists and local people and staff to work in the partner country's FabLab for two weeks.
The project includes community engagement activities, such as a panel discussion on the sustainable promotion of contemporary arts and preservation of cultural heritage, an Art and Technology Lecture Series, and joint cultural events culminating in cross-border festivals.
