The project establishes a Cross-border Innovation HUB to connect regional actors—businesses, students, and mentors—within a knowledge-sharing platform. The project aims to establish a Cross-border Innovation HUB, fostering collaboration within the regional innovation ecosystem by connecting businesses, students, career changers, mentors, and investors. This initiative will create a sustainable knowledge platform with enhanced institutional support for innovative methodologies. Through a robust portfolio of services, the HUB will offer education, build capacity, and improve the competitiveness of local businesses. By facilitating dialogue and joint activities, the project will drive the adaptation of innovative solutions across the border region, aligning community development with market demands and long-term sustainability.
(Expected) Results:Main Output: Establishment of a Cross-Border Innovation HUB, a sustainable knowledge platform between Subotica and Szeged, providing students and industry valuable insights into specialized fields and problem-solving methods.

Joint Development of Educational Materials
Joint Implementation of Training Programs
Personal Data Protection: three one-day sessions, 10-15 participants.
Artificial Intelligence training - two modules: AI Fundamentals (3 days, 6-8 participants) and Accelerated AI (3 days, 4-6 participants).
Entrepreneurial skills: four 2 day sessions (8 days total), 15-25 participants.
Innovation Management: five 6-hour modules over five days, 18-20 participants (students and companies). There will be two training sessions organized in the framework of the project with the joint participation of Serbian and Hungarian people (participants: 8-10 people/training session).
* Each program includes an exam, with a certificate of completion.
Cross-Border Innovation Hub through Joint Actions
Professional conference (100 participant).
Three pilot co-creation periods of the Project Co-creation program (20 participant/period, total 60 participants).
Five workshops with Entrepreneurial skills topics.
OpenLab in Subotica
Establishment of an OpenLab for 3D printing, 3D scanning, and IoT, aimed at boosting local collaboration and economy.
Higher Education Feasibility Study
Will assess regional higher education needs and suggest future development directions.
