Project Description:

In the first phase, a Skill-Labor training facility will be established at Bajai Szent Rókus Kórház, featuring three state-of-the-art classrooms. Equipped with modern demonstration and simulation tools, as well as IT-based solutions, the facility will provide hands-on training in diagnostic, therapeutic, and life-saving procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care.

To enhance public health education, a Health Development Office will be set up at Dom Zdravlja Sombor, building on Baja Hospital’s expertise in screenings and community outreach. This office will continue educating professionals and raising health awareness beyond the project’s duration.

Additionally, six specialized training programs will be developed for healthcare professionals, complemented by a workshop in Sombor and annual study visits to Baja. Following the acquisition of new medical and IT equipment, Public Health Education Forums will offer lectures and screenings to residents of Baja and Sombor.
