ENAG is an innovative project aimed at strengthening entrepreneurship education for young women in rural areas of the Hungarian-Serbian border region. It focuses on building cross-border cooperation in the agribusiness sector by developing a digital one-stop shop platform that will host tailored training materials, industry resources, and mentorship opportunities.
A hybrid learning model—blending on-site bootcamps, study visits, and digital modules—will ensure flexibility and accessibility. Participants will receive hands-on training and enter a mentoring program aligned with their interests and goals. The platform will remain active after project closure, supporting long-term impact and institutional sustainability. It will be freely accessible and serve as a regional hub for agribusiness development. The project promotes gender equality, digital inclusion, and the active involvement of NEET women and agribusiness entrepreneurs. ENAG’s results will be showcased at national and regional events and disseminated through cooperation with educational institutions and business support organisations.
