Notes, 30 April 2024: Eligibility of Expenditures and Reimbursement manual ('Elszámolási segédlet') for partners from Hungary both updated due to change of procurement rules for Hungarian partners, and other technical modifications.

Notes, 26 July 2024: Reimbursement manual ('Elszámolási segédlet') for partners from Hungary - from 1 August 2024, the 2nd edition of the Reimbursement manual ('Elszámolási segédlet') for partners from Hungary is the one in force.

Notes, 31 July 2024: Eligibility of Expenditures, updated content is: further simplification of the content of invoice, HU specificities are added regarding VAT based on HU legislation and an item is added as eligible within external expertise and service. Additionally, the template of periodic staff report (to be used for reimbursing real cost staff expenditure) is finalized and is now available. A clarification change was also made regarding eligibility of VAT within this version of the document.

Notes, 17 October 2024: The Manual of Procedures for the Control Body in Serbia - European Territorial Cooperation Programmes under shared management 2021-2027 - for beneficiaries from Serbia - was approved by the National Authority of Serbia.

Notes, 23 December 2024: Reimbursement manual ('Elszámolási segédlet') for partners from Hungary - from 1 January 2025, the 3rd edition of the Reimbursement manual ('Elszámolási segédlet') for partners from Hungary is the one in force.

Notes, 02 June 2025: Eligibility of Expenditures, updated content is:  adding information on electronic and electronically generated invoices; change in audit trail for HU partners in case no public procurement expenditure is required and  clarifying that checking market prices by HU controllers is to be done according to national practices in line with sound financial management.
