Procedures above 20 000 EUR, for project partners from the Republic of Serbia

For types of procedures above 20.000,00 EUR, mentioned in Annex II to Financing Agreement for the Interreg VI-a IPA Hungary – Serbia programme, the responsibility lies solely with the project partners for choosing the best approach to their tendering procedures, including the choice of tender documentation packages, while fully observing the general principles and provisions of Annex II.

- for any other procedure except the Single tender, beneficiaries from the Repubic of Serbia are strongly advised to complete tender dossiers using relevant annexes from PRaG (PRaG document, version 24 June 2022):
